I have a C6180 All-in One on a Dell Med tower with Windows XP Pro system, It has worked good for the last few years.

I had a light cyan ink cartridge go empty a week ago and put a new cartridge in like always, but it keeps giving me a replace cartridge and wouldn’t print, I tried again with another brand new cartridge from staples and had same message, cannot print.

  So should I SHOOT this sucker or not.  RJ
